Swordfish groaned softly in his slumber. His black hair messy,his arms cradling his lover, all while he snoozed happily. Shay,too, was content in his slumber. The men continued to sleep before they heard a faint whimper that slowly grew into crying. Shay began to wiggle in Swordfish's grasp but the man clung on.
"I'll do it,Shaya...you were up last night..."Swordfish groaned,placing a soft kiss against his lover's cheek.
Shay sighed gently.
"Okay babe,I'll get up in a few then." Shay replied softly.
Swordfish sat up and stretched. He quickly got on some pants as the crying doubled. Now two babies needed to be fed.
"I'm comin' babies." The man called,walking to the nursery across the hall.
He peered into the room,seeing the little boy whimpering and whining while the little girl was standing up in her crib,wiggling her shaky legs, and outwardly crying.
"Melody,Daddy's here.Stop crying, baby." He cooed.
Melody stopped crying almost instantly. She smiled and starting reaching for her father.She had a lot of white hair, just like Shay. Granted,not as long....She was only a year old. Swordfish picked her up,cradling her close.
"Good morning,Melody." Swordfish cooed to his baby girl,giving her a kiss on the forehead.
The girl squealed happily. Swordfish moved over to the changing table and began to dress her out of her jammies and into a pink one piece that had flowers on the front. Cain watched his father before crying louder for attention.
"I only have one set of hands,Cain. Hold on." He whispered as he changed his daughter's diaper and changed her.
The girl wiggled and moved but Swordfish was so used to, that he didn't mind.
"Alright beautiful." He said to the little girl,kissing her nose,"Let's make your brother handsome,eh?"
Swordfish placed his daughter down onto the floor. Melody crawled happily to the brown plush bear on the floor and began to joyfully nibble on it's ear. Swordfish went and grabbed Cain,kissing the boy's forehead.
"Good morning to you,stinky pants." Swordfish chuckled,taking a whiff of his son's diaper,"I would expect you to cry more."
Cain responded with more whining and crying as if asking for a change. Swordfish changed his son's diaper as well and dressed him in a blue one piece that had an airplane on the left breast. Cain calmed down and clung onto his father once Swordfish picked him up again.
Swordfish smiled and hugged his son once more. Cain attached his mouth to his hand and whined when Swordfish pulled it away.
"I'll get your pacifier." Swordfish said,stepping over Melody and getting a pacifier from the small pacifier bin the men had made.
Cain wiggled and reached for the pacifier. Swordfish handed it over before leaning down and grabbing his little daughter.
Shay listened carefully to the noises in the other room. He couldn't help but smile. Hearing his husband speak so sweetly to the small children,it was comforting. It showed just how much he cared for those little babies. The man moved his head,looking towards the open door and he waited.
It wasn't long til he saw Swordfish,in his sweatpants, walk by with two babies in his arms,who were squealing in both happiness and hunger.
"Breakfast is comin',hold your horses." Shay heard Swordfish say before heading down the stairs.
Shay began to sit up,stretching. He knew it was now his job to wake up May. He hurried on some of Swordfish's sweatpants that were laying on the floor before heading to the room next to theirs. He gently tapped the door before peeking into the room.
It was dark since the curtains were closed yet the room was noticeably girly.You could tell the walls were pink and had flowers everywhere. There were dolls and plushies littered all over the room and pictures taped to the walls.
"May....Time to wake up." Shay whispered into the dark room,stepping in and heading to the princess covered bed.
Something under the covers moved but nothing more. Shay chuckled,pulling the covers a little down and kissed the child's cheek.
"Little May,time to wake up." Shay cooed to the sleeping girl.
A soft whine was heard but nothing more.
Shay chuckled,looking down at the black-haired little girl.
"If you don't wake up,May, I'm going to tickle you." Shay threatened playfully.
The girl let out a tired giggle.
"Nu uh." She responded.
Shay laughed softly.
"You doubt me?" Shay asked.
The girl didn't respond and Shay had to take action. Shay grabbed hold of her and started to tickle her. May squealed loudly,wiggling around on her bed.
"No! Daaaaadddddyy! Stttoooooppp!!!" She laughed.
Shay pulled away.
"Are we awake now?" He asked the six year old.
May giggled and nodded.
"Yes. Good morning." She told Shay,reaching to him,"Huuugg!"
Shay couldn't resist and hugged the girl. May wasn't his child. She was Swordfish's child from a girlfriend ages ago. But that doesn't mean he didn't love her any less. The girl was welcomed into their life a little less than two years ago and Shay loved it.
He honestly never knew he could handle children of this age so well.
Shay picked May up and carried her out of her room. May happily clung on.
"Need to use the restroom,baby?" Shay asked the girl curiously.
"Nu uh. I'm okay." She responded,"I'm hungry....What's daddy gunna make me?"
Shay shrugged his shoulders.
"Cereal. Daddy can't cook, remember?"Shay said with a laugh.
May giggled and nodded before resting her head against Shay's shoulder.
"Then what are ya gunna make for breakfast?" May asked softly.
"Hmm...What do you want?" He replied,turning his yellow eyes to look at her.
"Umm.... Egg sandwich!" May replied excitedly.
"Okay,Egg sandwich it is." Shay told her with a smile as they headed down the stairs.
Shay headed into the kitchen,hearing squeals and his husband going through the cabinets for baby food.
"Morning babe..." Shay called lightly as he placed May down.
Swordfish looked back as he pulled out two baby food containers of oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. The little ones favorite!
"Oh,Morning you two." Swordfish responded with a smile as he began to open the baby food cans and finding a spoon to feed them.
Shay watched his lover feed the babies calmly. It was amusing. Swordfish would open his mouth to get the little ones to open theirs and close it once the food was in their mouth. It was adorable.
"Daddy..."May whined,pulling on Shay's sweats,"Egg Sandwich..."
"Oh! I'm sorry." He told May,ruffling her cute locks,"I'll get on it."
"Maaaaaa." Cain whined,looking over to Shay.
Swordfish smirked.
"Yes Cain. Call for your mama." Swordfish responded.
Shay frowned as he got out the eggs. Last thing he wanted to be called was Mom. He grabbed a bowl and cracked the egg into it,scrambling it.
"Jecht. Don't teach him to call me mom." Shay said softly.
Swordfish cleaned Melody's lips before grabbing the other baby food container to feed Cain.
"But you are the mother...I remember when they were in you." Swordfish responded with a light laugh.
Shay blushed as he began to make scrambled eggs. Shay had become impregnated by Swordfish and Maya's magic. He....never enjoyed explaining it yet...he did cherish the pampering Swordfish gave him. All of the cuddling,massages,sweet nothings, and the man's ability to handle all the insane food requests.
"Maaaaa." Cain whined again,looking at Shay with his intense yellow eyes.
"Mama better hurry with breakfast. Cain is determined for your attention." Swordfish said softly,quieting the boy with another mouthful of baby food.
"Please stop teaching him to call me Ma." Shay repeated with a light sigh as he moved his pan.
Swordfish chuckled which got Melody giggling along.
"Hey,Sweet Melody agrees with me." Swordfish said with a laugh,"You wanna call him Mama don't chu?"
"MAAAAMMMAAAA!!!" Melody shouted.
"There we go!!" Swordfish let out with more laughter,"three against two,Mama Shaya."
Shay sighed but couldn't help let out a small laugh. Melody was just as loud as her father and he thought it was cute. The man shrugged his shoulders as he took the scrambled eggs and put them onto a plate. He grabbed two slices of bread and ketchup and made May's favorite breakfast.
"Here you go,May." Shay said to May,handing over her yummy breakfast.
"Thank you!" The girl said and began to eat up.
Swordfish watched Shay prepare a simple cereal meal for himself.
"Mama Shaya..."Swordfish cooed,smiling at his lover.
The man rose after cleaning Cain's mouth.
"Cain has been wanting you for a while,would you?" Swordfish asked,grabbing a hold of Melody.
Shay nodded and got Cain. The baby boy clung on,resting his head comfortably against Shay's chest.Swordfish came over and leaned in for a quick peck on the lips.
"Sunday mornings." The man whispered to his long-haired lover,"So peaceful."
